Our Process of Assessment

Step 1

To use our services, the first thing you need to do is to make a phone call. You may already have done this. During this call, we will ask a series of questions that help us determine why you feel you (or your child) is suited to this industry. We'll also answer your questions about Baby Face.

NOTE: If your child is under 4 years old, the work flow is less than older children, hence we are not looking for babies and toddlers actively at the moment.If you have a cute baby or toddler up to 3 yrs old, who has a good nature, good with strangers, please send us at least one head shot, details of birth date, age at time of the photo and of course, your contact details. Should work for that age group arise, we will contact you.

If your child is 4yrs or over, we MUST meet them to assess their suitability, just a photo does not tell us enough about your child or his/her potential.

Step 2

If it's appropriate, you should make an appointment. We will allocate time especially for you (about ½ hour). During this time together, we'll achieve several objectives. Most importantly, we'll decide whether or not to proceed to the next step. To help you decide, you will:

1. Have all your questions answered concerning, the industry and Baby Face, what sort of work is available, what happens at auditions, how you get paid, etc.

2. See the photographic system we would use to promote you and see some sample photos, and

3. Receive a professional assessment of your talents.

Step 3

The next step is to arrange a photo shoot. We offer a photographic service, which you will find professional, economical and friendly. We use this shoot as our third and final method of assessment.
